max dose up to 150 mg BID or TID

Monitor for hyperkalemia if being used with potassium
avoid concurrent use with NSAID’s

avoid salt subsitutes
assess BP frequently
change postions slowly to prevent orthostatic hypotension
notify provider if rash or cough develops
