Q

CPS evaluation

A

Jimmy saville a well known tv presenter used his wealth fame and authority and took advantage of minors and sexually assaulted them as he worked closely with vulnerable people wether that be in schools, hospitals care homes ect. In 2009 the cps failed to prosecute saville Surrey police investigated complaints made against the celebrity. Jimmy was interviewed and interrogated but was not charged and he didn’t say anything. Case was closed due to insufficient evidence. Saville got away with it as he had the ability to tip off victims to keep them quiet if CPS were more efficient and filed against him none of the victims would have been hurt.
