• Sx: salty sweat
• thickening of all body secretions
• pancreatic secretions trapped and cannot reach small intestine; auto-digestion of pancrease
• Rx: diet rich in milk or TAG wtih MCFA which do not need pancreatic enzymes for digestion; modified pancreatic enzyme can be ingested
