A
Air outside of bowel
- when sitting upright: will pool under diaphragm
- when left lateral decubitus or supine: will pool towards top

A
Classification of 8 surgically segmented parts of the liver.

Liver vs spleen attenuation
A
On noncontrast CT scans, liver should always be denser or equal to the spleen density.

Splenomegaly
A
Spleen extends past 12th rib and/or is larger than 14cm

A
3 cm (anything larger = AAA)

Lies right of the aorta and can appear round or oval vs only rough for aorta
