ENGINE FIRE SWITCH
What does it do?
(Panels: FIRE, HYD, FUEL, ELEC, AIR COND)

FIRE: silence the alarm, arm the squibs
HYD: close the hydraulic shut-off valve
FUEL: close the low press shutoff valve & IDG return valve
ELEC: Trip the generator (open GLC) & deactivate FADEC power
AIR COND: close bleed valve & pack flow control valve
ENG panel: Man Start Pb: what do they do, what’s the difference from auto start?
In auto, 1 igniter; in manual, 2
In auto, the start valve opens automatically, on manual we push the man start Pb
In auto, there’s FADEC protection. In manual, there isn’t.
VENTILATION PANEL: Blower Amber fault light?
