cold (noun)
A sickness that makes your nose runny and makes you sneeze. It can make you feel tired and not very good.
cut (verb)
To use something sharp to make a hole or opening in something. Like when you use scissors on paper.
get (verb)
To receive or bring something to you. It’s like when someone gives you a toy or when you pick up something.
give (verb)
To hand something to someone else. It’s like sharing your toys with a friend.
have (verb)
To own or hold something. It’s like when you say “This is my toy” or “I have a pet.”
sick (adjective)
When you don’t feel well and your body isn’t working right. You might need to stay in bed and rest.
terrible (adjective)
Something that is very, very bad or not nice at all. It’s the opposite of wonderful.
