Private security agencies shall render security services to their clients only after a service contract duly notarized shall have been executed between them.

Such contract must stipulate among other things; the money consideration to be paid by the client to the agency, the number of hours of security service per guard per day which the guard himself shall render to the client, and the salary each individual security guard shall received from agency.
