The charge stored per unit p.d in a capacitor. A farad is 1 coulomb per volt.

A
The material placed between the layers of a capacitance to increase the electric field and hence the capacitance of a capacitor.

A
The time taken for the charge of a capacitor to fall to 37% of it’s original value, equal to RC.
