Individuals are not only shaped by their sorroundings, but impact sorroundings by their attitude ( internal cognition) and behavior
ex- triangle , student has positive attitude with school( Internal), studies more ( behavior) and gets and A ( Enviroment)

- Different people choose different enviroment
- Our personalities shape how we interpret and react to enviromeny- something with anxiety reacts worse
- Our personalities help create situation to which we reacts
- the way we treat others, if we treat friends bad , it causes a situation

Success requires
enough optimism to provide hope but enough pessism to prevent complaceny
People are most over-confident when incompetent
