First team to man a Repair locker and dresses out
No requirement to go to GQ

Repair Party Leader (RPL)
In charge of the repair locker
DIVO
Investigators
Rovers that check and inspect areas adjacent to affected compartments
Typically uses the 30 min bottle
Ensures boundaries are set
On-Scene Leader (OSL)
Directs the DC team at the location of the casualty
Reports to the Repair Locker Leader
Determines method of attack
Attack Team Leader (ATL)
Reports to OSL
Directs attack team efforts at the scene of the casualty
