A
  • Large wild game is considered fit for human consumption after PMI only (as AMI difficult to see)
  • Before trichinella or TSE results, if the CA has a system ensuring traceability but NO meat parts leave the establishment until a negative result is obtained

Upper part: Must contain a two-letter country code or is-ocode of MS e.g., SK, SE

Center part: Approval numbers of establishment. If applied in SH within a community, must include the abbreviation EC

Lower part: No. of OV who carried out health inspection
