Six main causes of power issues
Power button is not connected properly to the motherboard, wall outlet is faulty, Power Cable to the computer if faulty, Power supply is faulty, Power cables from power supply to components are faulty, Incorrect voltage setting on power supply unit.
Power button not connected properly to the motherboard
The power button for the computer is not working properly.
Wall outlet is faulty
Not getting adequate power from your building or wall outlet. Use a multimeter or voltmeter to test power outlet.
Power cable to the computer is faulty
Use a voltmeter or multimeter to test power cable
Power supply is faulty
Your power supply should provide either 12V DC, 5V DC, or 3.3V DC if not providing any of those volts power supply is faulty. Use a power supply test to test power supply.
Power cables from power supply to components are faulty
