child w/ fever, polymorphous rash, hand/feet swelling, conjunctivitis

1st line tx for infant w/ SVT
carotid massage (immersion of face in cold water, etc) -> adenosine if that doesn’t work
infant w/ heart failure, tricuspid regurg, mid-diastolic murmur @ L lower sternal border, RV conduction block
ebstein anomaly (downward displacement of tricuspid valve)
child w/ nml echo, no cyanosis, w/ brief episode of SVT during activity
WPW
child w/ episodes of high spiking fever, rash over chest/back, upper sternal pain, swollen fingers, hepatosplenomegaly, pericardial effusion
JIA
tricuspid atresia causes __VH and __ axis deviation
Left - b/c hypoplastic R heart
cyanosis in 6hr old infant w/ nml sized heart, nml pulm vasc markings, RVH + RAD
