necrotizing enterocolitis - tx w/ bowel rest, NG decompression, abx if no bowel perf
tx for galactosemia
d/c breastfeeding, initiate soy formula feedings
tx for newborn w/ broken clavicle after forceps-assisted delivery
supportive care - normally heals well on its own
large newborn w/ arm internally rotated + pronated
injury to C5/C6
newborn w/ nml initial exam, followed by positive fluid wave over scalp
subgaleal hemorrhage - transfer to ICU
