A

Data protection outside of the UK
Personal data should not be transferred out of the UK unless the country receiving the data has adequate data protection laws that match GDPR

What is the EU - US privacy shield

A

personal data could be sent between European countries and the US due to safe harbour 2000-2015 and the EU - US privacy shield 2015-2020
This provides protection to European data in the US and requires both companies engaged to sign up to the scheme before data can be transferred.
The companies must have been assessed as responsible for the security of the data.

A

The human right that states disabled people should be able to access information systems and use digital means to express their opinions.
E.g. used <alt> text on in=mages so that text to speak software can read the image out loud.
Accessibility settings allowing people to change the font size and background colour</alt>
