.Muscles become bigger and stronger, meaning you burn more calories at rest.
.Your ligaments and tendons become stronger, reducing your risk of injury

.Increasing flexibility of soft tissues (muscles,ligaments,tendons) makes daily activities easier and helps prevent/limit severity of injuries caused by falls, accidents etc

Taking part in exercise lower body fat and increases lean muscles mass.
