Summarize the Kurds

A

Spread out upon Syria, Turkey, and Iraq because people forgot to give them a state after breakup of Ottoman Empire/ They are semiautonomous. The Kurds want self determination, other countries want their territory.

A

Descended from areas in India, and have moved from eastern Europe (Romania, Yugoslavia) to western Europe (Britain). They are unwanted by many countries because of their eccentric culture and high crime rates. However this means innocent Roma are misjudged.

Israel and Palestine

A

After Ottoman Empire, the Palestinians and Israelis split it under guidance of the UN. Israelis want a country, and have slowly took over Palestinian territory (Gaza and West Bank) through settlements and force. Palestinian groups have fought to combat this and destroy Israel, like Hamas and PLO. Now Hamas and Israel are at war.
