officer is not assigned the Report Responsibility.

.09 APPROVING AUTHORITY
All offense reports for warrantless arrests on Class B or higher offenses must be approved by a supervisor prior to the reports being presented to the intake desk at the Magistrate’s Office for booking.
B. If the supervisor is unavailable, the officer notifies the nearest supervisor. If no supervisors are available, the officer notifies the ________ over the police radio and requests any available supervisor for report approval.
