Define non-technical skills.
General cognitive and social skills that allow HCP to monitor situations, make decisions, lead, communicate and coordinate actions within a team, to achieve high levels of safety and efficiency

What is the GDC policy on management and leadership?
- direct and coordinate team, encourage to work together and assess performance and assign tasks
- plan and organise procedures and tasks as well as technologies
- monitor the whole team and keep communication open
