Define production
production is the trasnformation of resources into goods or services.
Define job production
job production is a method of manufacturing where the production of a single product is carried out one at a time that involves producing this good to the specific requirements of the customer.

batch production is a method of manufacturing where a quantity of one product is made, then a quantity of another item will be produced.

cell production is amethod of manufacturing where employees are organised into multi-skilled teams with each team responsible for a particular period.

flow production is a method of large scale production of a standard product, where each operation on a unit is performed.

productivity is the amount of output that can be produced with a given input or resources.

capital productivity is the amount of output each unit of capital produces.
