Q

What is the most important DVA in Ontario?

A

Niagara Peninsula on the south west corner of Lake Ontario. The lake cools down and heats up more quickly than the surrounding land. Which extends the growing season in autumn allowing grapes to ripen fully and delays budburst in spring.
