LCO 3.3.1 title
RPS Instrumentation
LCO 3.3.1 requirement
4 RPS trip units, associated instrument channels, and associated ZPM Bypass removal channels for each function in Table 3.3.1-1 shall be operable
LCO 3.3.1 applicability
- According to Table 3.3.1-1
- Separate Condition entry is allowed for each Function
LCO 3.3.1 required actions < 1 hour
- 1 or more ZPM Bypass Removal channels inoperable, then immediately remove the affected ZPM Bypasses, OR declare affected trip units inoperable
- 1 or more functions with 2 RPS trip units or associated instrument channels inoperable, then place 1 trip unit in trip in 1 hour AND restore 1 to operable w/in 7 days
LCO 3.3.2 title
RPS Logic and Trip Initiation
LCO 3.3.2 requirement
6 channels of RPS Matrix Logic, 4 channels of RPS Trip Initiation Logic, and 2 channels of RPS Manual Trip shall be operable
LCO 3.3.2 applicability
- Modes 1 and 2
- Modes 3-5 with more than 1 full-length control rod capable of being withdrawn and PCS boron concentration less than refueling boron
LCO 3.3.2 required actions < 1 hour
- 1 channel of Trip Initiation Logic inoperable, then de-energize the affected clutch power supplies w/in 1 hour
- 2 channels of Trip Initiation Logic affecting the same trip leg inoperable, then de-energize the affected clutch power supplies immediately

ESF Instrumentation
LCO 3.3.3 requirement
4 ESF bistables and associated instrument channels for each function in Table 3.3.3-1 shall be operable

- As specified in Table 3.3.3-1
- Separate Condition entry is allowed for each function
LCO 3.3.3 required actions < 1 hour

2 ESF Manual Initiation and 2 ESF Actuation Logic channels and associated bypass removal channels shall be operable for each ESF function specified in Table 3.3.4-1
