LCO 3.3.1 title
RPS Instrumentation
LCO 3.3.1 requirement
4 RPS trip units, associated instrument channels, and associated ZPM Bypass removal channels for each function in Table 3.3.1-1 shall be operable
LCO 3.3.1 applicability
- According to Table 3.3.1-1
- Separate Condition entry is allowed for each Function
LCO 3.3.1 required actions < 1 hour
- 1 or more ZPM Bypass Removal channels inoperable, then immediately remove the affected ZPM Bypasses, OR declare affected trip units inoperable
- 1 or more functions with 2 RPS trip units or associated instrument channels inoperable, then place 1 trip unit in trip in 1 hour AND restore 1 to operable w/in 7 days
LCO 3.3.2 title
RPS Logic and Trip Initiation
LCO 3.3.2 requirement
6 channels of RPS Matrix Logic, 4 channels of RPS Trip Initiation Logic, and 2 channels of RPS Manual Trip shall be operable
LCO 3.3.2 applicability
- Modes 1 and 2
- Modes 3-5 with more than 1 full-length control rod capable of being withdrawn and PCS boron concentration less than refueling boron
LCO 3.3.2 required actions < 1 hour
- 1 channel of Trip Initiation Logic inoperable, then de-energize the affected clutch power supplies w/in 1 hour
- 2 channels of Trip Initiation Logic affecting the same trip leg inoperable, then de-energize the affected clutch power supplies immediately

ESF Instrumentation
LCO 3.3.3 requirement
4 ESF bistables and associated instrument channels for each function in Table 3.3.3-1 shall be operable

2 ESF Manual Initiation and 2 ESF Actuation Logic channels and associated bypass removal channels shall be operable for each ESF function specified in Table 3.3.4-1

Diesel Generator - Undervoltatge Start
LCO 3.3.5 requirement
3 channels of Loss of Voltage Function and 3 channels of Degraded Voltage Function auto-initiation instrumentation and associated logic channels for each Diesel Generator shall be operable
LCO 3.3.5 applicability
When associated Diesel is required to be operable
LCO 3.3.5 required actions < 1 hour
1 or more functions with 1 channel per Diesel inoperable, then enter applicable conditions and required actions for the associated Diesel made inoperable by Diesel Undervoltage Start Instrumentation immediately

Refueling CHR Instrumentation
LCO 3.3.6 requirement
2 Refueling CHR Auto Actuation Function channels and 2 CHR Manual Actuation channels shall be operable
LCO 3.3.6 applicability
During core alterations and during movement of irradiated fuel assemblies w/in containment
LCO 3.3.6 required actions < 1 hour
1 or more Functions with 2 channels inoperable, then suspend core alterations AND suspend movement of irradiated fuel assemblies w/in containment immediately
LCO 3.3.7 title
Post Accident Monitoring Instrumentation
LCO 3.3.7 requirement
The PAM Instrumentation for each function in Table 3.3.7-1 shall be operable
LCO 3.3.7 applicability
- Modes 1-3
- Separate Condition entry is allowed for each function
LCO 3.3.7 required actions < 1 hour
- One or more functions w/1 required channel inoperable and not restored w/in 30 days, then immediately initiate action in accordance with Specification 5.6.6 (14 day report)
- 1 or more functions w/2 required channels inoperable and not restored w/in 7 days, then enter the condition referenced in Table 3.3.7-1 for the channel immediately

Alternate Shutdown System
LCO 3.3.8 requirement
The Alternate Shutdown System functions in Table 3.3.8-1 shall be operable

2 channels of neutron flux monitoring instrumentation shall be operable

1 or more required channel(s) inoperable, then suspend all operations involving reactivity additions immediately

Engineered Safeguards Room Ventilation Instrumentation
LCO 3.3.10 requirement
2 channels of ESRV Instrumentation shall be operable
LCO 3.3.10 applicability
- Modes 1-4
- Separate Condition entry is allowed for each channel
LCO 3.3.10 required actions < 1 hour
1 or more channels inoperable, then initiate action to isolate the associated ESRV System immediately
