A

No more then 15 miles from the county line straight line distance.

If beyond 15 miles, must leave the vehicle parked and locked in the closest police or fire station that is operated 24/7 to the officers home.

A

Members who are on call and members in command staff positions.

Members who live more then 15 miles out can with permission via memo can take the car for cleaning or training.

Stop the vehicle. Notify watch commander, who will notify the division commander.

If corrective action can’t be taken immediately, the officer will follow the supervisor to headquarters where discipline will be handed out

A

Check both vehicles and ensure neither has battery damage. If there is battery damage do not jump start

A

Can install cb radio with approval from FOS

Cannot hang radios from rear view mirror

No loose items should be in the vehicle

40 hour course

Can request a bike 30 days prior to get familiar with it
