What is the project scope? What are the two key questions to be asked when defining the scope?
The scope defines a projects boundaries. What belongs to the project/ what doesn’t belong to it?
Project View:
What must be done in order to achieve the desired results? (work)
Product View:
What are the functions and properties of the desired results? (goods and services)
In one sentence, what are deliverables?
Deliverables are all goods, services or other project results that are delivered to the customer.
e.g. Product (documentation), services,..
Explain the term objective.
