- Made of DNA
- Humans have 23 Pairs
- Usually found in pairs - one from each parent.

Explain the Cell Cycle.
What is Mitosis?
A
Cells goes through series of changes which is the Cell cycle.
One of the stages is Mitosis which is when the Cell divides into two identical cells.
Before a cell can divide it needs to grow.
Cell division is important because it helps repair damaged tissues.

What are Stem Cells?
A
- Undifferentiated- not yet become specialised.
- They are found in human embryos
Definition = Cells that are not specialised
