Who shall the member inform that they are on VL and request the change to ML when the member reports to the Medical Division?

6. When ambulatory, member shall report to the Medical Division for exam in order to determine his condition. When reporting in, member shall inform sign-in clerk that he is on VACATION LEAVE. Also, when being examined by the Clinic Doctor, member shall advise him that he is on VACATION LEAVE, requesting change to MEDICAL LEAVE.
   Any evidence to support his request shall be submitted to the doctor for evaluation; the doctor shall then record his findings on the clinic card, MD-211.
