5.3.2 Verify that the entries for Jury Duty Leave on the member’s TPR reflect the number of days of Jury Duty Service on the official documentation (keeping in mind that entries are only entered for tours that the member is scheduled to work).
5.3.3 Record all related information in the Company and Office Record Journals.
5.3.4 Attach a copy of the official documentation to a copy of the members TPR’s for the weeks involved and forward to the assigned Battalion for firefighters and to the assigned Division for officers. Battalions and Divisions shall verify accuracy
and forward to the appropriate Borough Command.
5.3.5 Place the official documentation in the member’s personnel folder.
