Penicillin

Bacterial resistant, allergic reaction
500mg, 4 daily for 10 days
clindamycin
Dental infections, dental abscesses + prophylactic treatment
Used if there is a penicillin allergy
300 mg, 3 daily for 7 days
Dicloxacillin
Dental infections, dental abscesses + prophylaxis
500 mg, 4 daily for 10 days

Tetracycline
- Dental infections, abscesses + prophylaxis
- Inhibits tissue destruction
- Anti-inflammatory action
- 500mg, 2 daily for 14 days
Doxycycline
- Same as tetra cycline
- post-op periodontal procedure
- 100mg 2 daily for 7 days
