A common cold causing stuffy nose, sneezing, sore throat etc..

May lead to pneumonia, bronochiolitis, meningitis, septicemia if the child gets worse

A

Analgesia (calpol)

Either give penicillin 10 days or nothing

DO NOT GIVE AMOXICLLIN. If EBV it may lead to steven johnsons sydrome
