A

Hypotension, tachycardia, gallop rhythm,
Raised JVP, right ventricular heave, pleural rub

A
U&E's, FBC's, Baseline clotting
ECG
CXR decreased vascular markings,Wedge shaped area
ABG
Serum d dimer (low sensitivity)

A

Oxygen if hypoxic
Morphne 5-10mg IV with anti-emetic
IV acess and start LMWH

A

Fluid bolus
