Both are acceptable:

“Currently” might be better:
“She is currently working on her master’s degree.” (şu anda yüksek lisans eğitimine devam ediyor) (This emphasizes the ongoing nature of her studies.)
“At the moment” might be better:
“At the moment, I’m not sure what I want to eat for dinner.” (şu an akşam yemeğinde ne yemek istediğimden emin değilim) (This emphasizes the immediate decision.)
