State the purpose of the Content Planning Module (CPM).
The Content Planning Module (CPM) is an application to document and map Navy Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA) data to Navy learning content. CPM also supports the design of ILE compliant learning content through Learning Objective and COI development.
Name the four primary areas within CPM.
Home Area: includes a personalized user list of Events, Messages, Assignments and Projects. where a user can change their password and view/update their profile.
JDTA Area: document and view JDTA data here. Suggestions for JDTA items can be made and will be routed to Center’s designated personnel for follow-up.
Projects Area: This area is for users to design ILE content projects. LO are developed here along with associated Lessons and Sections. Both are organized into a (COI), and linked to JDTA items selected from the Skills Area.
Reports: Users can run a variety of reports in this area.
Identify the primary input and discuss the use of CPM.
