Stage 2- det. sk/kn that must be taught, LOs and instructional sequence- Prelim. TCCD
Stage 3-inst. mat. for inst. and students- LP, TG, Test, other sup. mat.
Stage 4- CCA approved for pilot- course pilot/ pilot course monitoring report
Stage 5- Begins w/ pilot course results- Final curriculum, FInal TCCD, CCA letter of promulgation (goes in TCCD front matter)

TPC- graph showing complete training path for a category of ppl by listing courses in the path, and PPP tables covered by each
