To establish a defensible and repeatable process to determine what and how best to train from a new training requirement or identify and fill a gap in an existing course.
When is a FEA performed
Typically after a JDTA

Explain the documentation of FEA as detailed on the FEA template
Requesting Authority Requesting Command, start and end dates reason, documents from existing course (CTTL/TCCD/PPP/JDTA) New training requirements Gaps in training FEA of existing course materials FEA of training delivery methods FEA of Recommendations information FEA of Output statement information
Who determines what curriculum development model will be used for curriculum modifications within your learning environment
CCA
Explain the approval process of the finalized FEA
Complete approval request and FEA requirement sponsor approval, for concurrence and attach to FEA
attach documents if available (CTTL/TCCD/PPP/JDTA)
Route FEA to CCA for approval
