Perverse Decisions- Unfair decisions- (Owen) Man killed man who killed his son and was found not guilty.

Easily Influenced- Media can influence the jury with false info

Secrecy- No way of knowing how the jury came about their decision. Juries may suffer a lack of understanding.

Bias- Jurors may have prejudices which can affect the decided outcome.
