– These are leaders who gain OD competence through experience and training. They apply OD strategies in their work environments, often participating in change management programs. Many organizations now offer in-house OD training, and some managers transition into OD roles permanently.
MANAGER AND ADMINISTRATORS
refer to situations where an individual is faced with choosing between two different courses of action, each of which is morally obligatory, but cannot do both.
