Excessive secretions, choking and difficulty breathing, inability to feed.
May be history of antenatal polyhydramnios.

Midgut remains unfixed and suspended on a narrow-based mesentery. May lead to volvulus and and acute strangulation obstruction.

Infantile hypertrophic pyloric stenosis:
A
Projectile vomiting, dehydrated, weight loss, constipation, worsening jaundice Metabolic alkalosis.

URTI and D+V, red currant jelly stools, oedomatous peyer’s patches and enlarged lymph nodes.
