What is the main differences between dry rot and wet rot of wood

A

Wet:
Soft, swollen and fibrous crumbling wood
Fungus that grows on timber with a high moisture content e.g. 50%

Dry:
Dry, cracked and powdery crumbling wood
Specific type of fungus that grows on timber with a moisture content of 20-30%
