A
Somerset, Northumberland and Clifford killed. King is injured and capture by Yorkists- taken to St. Albans abbey for safety. King becomes sick again.
Margaret becomes leader of the Lancastrians.

York and Warwick promise to pay for chapel to pray for dead.

A
Causes:
- Warwick’s rebellion: refuses to follow king’s order, Yorkists lose support.
- Yorkist’s removed from government.
- lack of trust between 2 sides: both building large armies.
- King’s health
Battle of Blore Heath- Salisbury intercepted by Lord Audley and kills him.
Battle of Ludford Bridge- Lancastrians win, Warwick and Edward fled to Calais, York and 2nd son go to Ireland.
