27 Sept 1450 - meets King in London, claiming right to right advise him because of his royal blood
Sept-Nov 1450 - York recruits East Anglia with the Duke of Norfolk
23 Nov 1450 - York brings 3000 men to London to pressure government

Events of 1452 (Dartford Incident) [Feb-Mar 1452]

27 Jan 1452 - Thomas Kent sent to Ludlow to try appease York, fails
Feb 1452 - York begins march from Ludlow to London, intending to arrest/kill Somerset
Feb 1452 - Cobham publishes Shrewsbury Manifesto, a Yorkist propaganda piece
24 Feb 1452 - Henry orders the closing of London’s gates, ready to defend capital.
27 Feb 1452 - York moves to Dartford.
2 Mar 1452 - York, Earl of Devon & Lord Cobham with 3,000 men vs Henry, Warwick, Buckingham & Salisbury with 5,000 meet at Blackheath
3 Mar 1452 - York surrenders and submits to the King, on the terms that Somerset be arrested. Henry reluctantly agrees, and then instead arrests York.
Mar 1452 - York is under temporary house arrest
10 Mar 1452 - York swears oath of loyalty to Henry at St. Paul’s Cathedral
