Five examples of MTO
PARFQ
- A command has quota for a student who did not report and command does not provide a replacement (no show with no replacement)
- A command cancels a granted quota in 4 or fewer working days prior to course convening without providing a replacement (late cancelation with no replacement)
- A student does not meet prerequisites (no waiver)
- A student is absent too much from course to the extent of not obtaining enough credit
- A student cannot obtain credit due to command recall
