CCMM is responsible for maintaing course audit trail and ensuring they are up-to-date and securely saved
Audit Trails Contain:
* A summary of major events impacting the course
* Memo od conversations impacting course development and revision (CDR)
* All correspondence leading to CDR
* Reports of trips, conferences, meetings necdssary for CDR
* Reason the influences curriculum decision
* Copies of all supporting documents, including approval letters and pilot course monitoring report

- Instructors teaching in class and lab will be evaluated in both enviroments
- The number of evaluations should be approximate to the ratio of lessons taught in each environment.

- Two previous cycles maintained in the audit trail
- Evaluates course materials for technical accuracy and teach ability

- Assist in identifying aeas for course improvement.

Identify the required perodicity for conducting FCRs per current NETC guidance
- FCRs will be conduct on an annual, bi-annual or tri-annual cycle as determined by CCA
- Shall not exceed three years
- CCMM will schedule, monitor, and regulate the FCR.
