(Tactical Control – similar to OPCON but more limited, at the local level)
Not allowed to break up a unit, must use it as a whole, but may give different tasking

two or more different services involved, temporary in nature

Authority to perform functions involving organizing and employing commands
IMEF - Marcet - CENTCOM- SECDEF-POTUS
• Coalition
No standardized procedures/ short period/ specific multinational purposes
• Supported vs supporting
main effort vs helping unit with main effort.
• Alliances
long-term agreements. Ex. NATO
