What is the difference in Class A, B, and C in CESE
Class A: defined as the full-time assignment of a specific non standard vehicle to an individual billet. (DUTY VAN)
Class B: Assigned Vehicle for official business.
Class C: Anything not A or B (Ex: Humvee)
State the purpose and uses of the following licenses: OF/346 and 11260/2
OF/346: Valid U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operators I.D. Card, that covers the Size and type of vehicle requested.
11260/2: a valid U.S. Government Construction Equipment Operator’s License
Discuss procedures when involved in a VEHICLE MISHAP
All vehicles should contain a DD Form 518 (Accident - Identification (ARD)
- SF 91: Motor Vehicle Accident Report. Must be filled
- DD Form 518: Accident I.D. Card. Must be filled out on the accident has occurred
Discuss the procedures for completing an Operators Inspection Guide and Trouble Report (NAVFAC 9-11240/13)
The operations dispatcher issues a form to the operator at the times of vehicle assignment.
