Targeted JDTA is performed on specific portions with a course. CCA directs a JDTA when:
Insufficient course data exists to support a TRR.
A mishap occurs during training that requires immediate action.
As directed by higher authority

A targeted JDTA encompasses a specific work area within an occupation. It can be used to address new work requirements resulting from, but not limited to : (106.4 & 106.6)
