TRR Announcement Message: 90-days prior to the date of the TRR. Details the purpose of the TRR as well as course, CIN, tentative agenda, date, and location, as well as requests for SME input as well as participants and additional agenda proposals.
TRR Agenda Message: Release 60-days prior to date of TRR. Updates announcement message.
TRR Action Chit Message: Summarizes the TRR, date completed, links to CoP, lists quick wins, requests sponsors provide POA&M and provides POC information.
