Principles: performance, lifecycle, visibility, risk, value
Pillars: data, leadership, communication
Describe how requirements are identified
Formal requirements: AMP/Sub AMPs, facility managers, safety codes, shops, housing office, R&O etc
Informal: leadership, friends/neighbors
Define Air Force Activity Management

● The process of developing a recommended investment strategy for a portfolio of assets
● Sub-Activity Management is - The same process for a subset of the portfolio.
