- AN: AN focussed CBT 1st line, Maundsley anorexia nervosa treatment for adults (MANTRA)/specialist supportive clinical management 2nd line
- BN: BN focussed guided self help 1st line, BN focussed CBT 2nd line
- If patient is a child do family therapy for both

- Hepatic vin thrombosis
- Triad of sudden onset abdo pain, ascites, and tender hepatomegaly
- Patients ofte have history of thrombophilia (e.g. antiphospholipid syndrome)
