A factor which is a prime
What is the product of primes?
The prime factors that multiply together to make a number eg. 2250 = 2×3×3×5×5×5 or = 2×3²×5³
What is HCF?
The highest common factor
HCF of 12 and 8 is 4
What is LCM?
Lowest common multiple
LCM of 12 and 8 is 24
What is a triangle number?
Numbers in the form ½n×(n+1)
They form a triangle
How to divide decimals?
x/y ×(whatever needed to make numerator an integer)
How to change from a fraction to a decimal?
Divide numerator by denominator
How to change from a decimal to a fraction?
Use place value then simplify
How to change from percentage to a fraction?
Write as fraction over 100 then simplify
What is an arithmetic sequence?
Formed by adding or subtracting the same amount each time
What is a geometric sequence?
Formed by multiplying or dividing by the same amount each time
What is the sum of internal angles in a triangle?

What is the sum of internal angles in a quadrilateral?
