Note you are using shì there bc the full sentence would be:
Nǐ de xìnggé shì nèixiàng de xìnggé háishì wàixiàng de xìnggé? (A noun = B noun)

Note: 2 syllable stative verbs (ie adjectives) can get away with not taking hěn if the subject is two or more syllables…hěn is MORE likely to be omitted if it shows up in an embedded clause rather than as the main verb of the sentence (see Intermediate Unit 33 Lesson 3 Discussion for details)
